Spoil Yourself This Christmas…

Spoil Yourself This Christmas

A Christmas message from Renee and David…. :)

At Christmas time, it can be easy to get so caught up with doing things for everyone around you that you forget about yourself!

We know you’re probably busy buying presents, writing cards, sending love, traveling or making wonderful dinners so we are here to tell you that you need to SPOIL YOURSELF! Buy yourself a gift (it doesn’t even have to cost money), it can be a spiritual gift – or whatever you like, maybe a new book, a new dress – but most importantly it must be BIG!

Why? Well here are 3 GOOD reasons why:

1) You deserve it. If you’re like the rest of us, you’ve been working hard this year. Most women have a whole lot of things on their plate and aside of having others appreciate you, you must show appreciation to YOURSELF!

2) Before you give to others, you must first give to yourself. When do we treat those around us badly? When we don’t have any resources! When we feel low. So, it’s important to give yourself a gift so that you can then truly give to those around you whom you love the most.

3) When others see you giving a gift to yourself -and they see that you love yourself and when they see how good you feel as a result of giving to yourself, you inspire others to do the SAME. And any decision based on inspiration is the right decision.

So please, remember to spoil yourself this Christmas!

Lots of Love and blessings to you and your family this Holiday Season!

Renee and David.

P.S – don’t forget to leave us a comment below telling us what you’re doing this Christmas, and how you plan to SPOIL YOURSELF!! ;)

Hi Renee and David , thanks for the Christmas video. what a brilliant idea! During the Christmas holidyas, I decided to go to the hairdresser, when I was watching your video about spoiling myself, the first thing that I thought was ” I haven’t been to the hairdresser for over a year!” I honestly believe that for a woman to go to the hairdresser is 10 times better than retail therpay, not that I don’t like to go shopping, but that’s just my opinion anyway.

Hope you had a lovely Christmas

I think spoiling my man feels more like spoiling me ! The grin on his face getting a gift he’s wanted for such a long time, and having secretly saved for it :D

Made me as happy as getting myself something I think !

There is one thing that i notice: without women and children, i don’t think that men would celebrate Christmas by themselves. While women COULD celebrate the trappings of Christmas without men, but would rather have men with them–i’ve noticed this with my sis-in-law, who is a jehovah witness, and her husband doesnt seem to care about the tree, lights, etc.(she wasnt always)

Merry christmas to everyone.. If I could, I’d spoil myself with a theremin. That’s a musical instrument. But, like all instruments, it’s so expensive, I can’t afford it.. So I’ll just keep daydreaming about it, that works too :) .. and a happy new year!

A dress from Anthropologie. I’m in love with all of their clothes (super feminine and very well-made). If I could afford it my whole wardrobe would come from there! They have great sales this time of year so hopefully I can buy the dress I’ve wanted for some time, I feel beautiful in it!

Thank you so much for this blog, Renee. It has truly helped me depolarize and learn “how” to allow my femininity to be released. You are a beatiful person and you and David make a truly darling couple. I hope you both have a very Happy, Blessed Christmas!!!

Aaaaw you two are such a nice looking couple. I’m going to get myself some nice clothes, I normally hate the way i dress, and you’ve made me realize that it sends out a message to others, that it looks as if I dont care about myself. Thanks, and Merry Christmas to you!
